My Pokemon Go Journey

I have been playing Pokémon Go since roughly one week after release day back in 2016. Since then I have met many amazing people in various communities both online and in person. Pokémon Go has been a super useful tool in fighting various anxieties do to with going out and about in public. It's also been a ton of fun to get back into the universe of Pokémon over the years!

I'm a proud Team Instinct member

Since day one! I have never switched teams and don't plan to. I am not a pro Pokémon Go player by any means, but I have enjoyed many hours of exploring around town, spinning stops, catching 'em all and battling in raids.

I play GBL (Go Battle League) very casually and haven't really bothered setting any specific Pokémon teams up. That said, I am always open for a challenge! Send me a message via the Socials/Discord and let's have a battle!

I used to be a fairly active raider, participating in raids through the local Discord groups for both places I've lived since Pokémon Go came out, however in recent times I've become a much more casual player.

I reached level 40 long before the December 2020 legacy badge cut-off! Now I'm deep into the long grind to level 50. Let's GO!
