Custom 3D Printing Service Policies

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit is required to begin custom orders, with the remaining balance due prior to shipping. For orders under $50, full payment is required upfront.

Shipping:

Flat-rate shipping is $10 for domestic orders and $30 for international orders.

Refunds:

Deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the products. Refunds or replacements are offered for items damaged in transit upon proof of
damage.
