Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit is required to begin custom orders, with the remaining balance due prior to shipping. For orders under $50, full payment is required upfront.

Shipping:

Flat-rate shipping is $10 for domestic orders and $30 for international orders.

Refund and Replacement Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our products.
• If an item is damaged in transit, refunds or replacements may be offered for the value of the damaged item upon proof of damage. This does not include the non-refundable deposit.
• Please note that while we take every precaution to package your items securely, transit damage is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We will provide you with a tracking number and necessary documentation to assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
